Christmas Limited Sessions 2026

Our Christmas sessions will be held at Young's Christmas Tree Farm in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

Address: 4968 US Route 68 North, Yellow Springs, OH 45387.

Please park in the gravel lot south of the sales barn. I'll send additional meeting instructions before your appointment.

We'll be outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear shoes that are comfortable for walking on uneven ground.

There are no public restrooms at the farm. Please plan accordingly.

Pets are welcome under the farm's rules, but please let me know ahead of time if you're bringing one.

You'll have 15 minutes of photography, with five additional minutes between appointments. Please arrive five minutes early so we're ready to get started on time.

Wear something comfortable that feels like you! Coordinating colors look great in photos, but everyone doesn't need to match. Layers are always a good idea for November weather.

Absolutely! Children and families are welcome.

Each session can accommodate up to 8 people, including children and babies.

Since we'll only have 15 minutes together, we'll focus on the family portraits and groupings that matter most to you.

Since we'll be outdoors, we'll keep an eye on the weather. If conditions make the session unsafe or impractical, I'll offer a replacement date. If we can't find a date that works for both of us, you'll receive a full refund.

Because appointments are limited, all client-initiated cancellations are nonrefundable. Requests to change or transfer an appointment are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed.

If I need to cancel or weather prevents the session, the refund and rescheduling exceptions in your photography agreement will apply. Any rights required by law are unaffected.

You'll receive five professionally edited digital photographs through a private online gallery within 14 calendar days of your session. You can download, print and share your finished pictures for personal use.

Sessions are $185, plus any applicable taxes. Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
